Bissell Crosswave, Worth it?

So I am sure you have heard about the Bissell Crosswave by now and have seen the hype over it. I decided to buy one myself to test out! I am always looking for the best cleaning supplies to make my life more simple. So who wouldn't want their vacuuming and mopping time cut in half?

My first Crosswave was the Blue one from Costco. Costco had it on sale for $50 off which was the best deal I found! I can't remember the exact name but it was a corded Bissell and was not the pet version. I tried it and honestly, just was not in love with it! Here's why.. it was not convenient for me to plug in and unplug the cord throughout my house. It also did not do well with dog hair. With that being said, I have two large Labrador Retrievers that are both long haired. I also have a lot of hardwood floors throughout my house and a very open floor plan, so the cord did not reach where I needed it to. Therefore I returned it back to Costco, thank goodness their return policy is amazing!

Bissell ended up generously collaborating with me and sent me the Bissell Crosswave Cordless Max Pet. It is the blue and black Crosswave and is available on their website! I told them I would be very honest with my review, as I am with all of my reviews and recommendations. I never want to steer anyone the wrong way for free product, that is not how I roll! But guys.. I ended up seriously loving the cordless version! The fact that I could zip throughout my house without tripping over a cord or worrying about plugging it in was SO nice! Since it is a pet version of the Bissell, it also cleaned up the hair great! I posted videos on my "Crosswave" highlight on my Instagram, so head over there if you want to see!

So when shopping for the Bissell, make a list of what is most important to you and look at your house layout. Do you have a lot of pets that shed? Do you have a lot of hardwood floors throughout your house? If so, you want to look for cordless and a pet version! Some of you may have pets but not a lot of hardwood floors, so maybe the corded pet version makes most sense for you! But if you are like me and want convenience while getting your floors spotless, you may want the cordless pet version.

Please leave me comments below with questions or how you like your Bissell! I can't wait to hear all of your stories!

XOXO,

Tay
