MEET THE PRICE'S

So since you've learned a little bit about me, it only seems right to introduce you to the fam!

June 20th, 2019 we all officially became "The Price's"

My Family

Billy and I grew up in a small Ohio town called Youngstown. We packed up moved to Cincinnati, Ohio after the 2018 NFL draft when my hubby got drafted by the Bengals.

Every family is so different. Billy, the pups and I live 3+ hours away from our immediate family, so we take frequent road trips to see them. We also have had to make many of our own traditions due to the distance and football life. Although we miss being around our large, loud, loving and crazy family members, we have had the best time growing closer and creating our own unique traditions for us to hopefully pass down to our kids someday.

Our Story

I'm sure you're all wondering how Billy and I met, so here it is! Since we both grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, we both also went to the same high school! I was a freshman cheerleader while he was a junior playing football. We met multiple times in passing, but never said more than two words to one another. Come to find out a few months later that we actually knew each other through our grandmothers being best friends for YEARS. Seriously they were friends before we were even born, which just proves how truly small this world is. Billy and I ended up going to get icecream together a few months later, talked about how our grandmas have been friends for decades and the rest was history! Honestly he stole my heart when he took me to my favorite icecream place, Handel's, which is hands down the best icecream. If you haven't had it you are definitely missing out!

6 Years Later

“O-H-I-O”

Billy ended up signing with the best college football team e v e r. Yes, you guessed it, The Ohio State University! Since I was still in high school, we had a long distance relationship for the first few years of his college career. It wasn't until his fifth year at Ohio State that I actually moved in with him for football season! Being his last year in college, I wanted to make it to as many games as possible without having to make a 2.5 hour commute every Saturday! Looking back on it now, it was one of the best decisions we could've made. We learned so much about living together and the importance of communication in such a few short months! It definitely prepared us for the future of moving hours away from our family and friends, the stress of being in an unfamiliar city, starting over, making new friends and all of the other emotions that come along with new, uncomfortable journeys!

Just Getting Started

Billy made July 19th, 2019 one of the B E S T days of my life by asking me to be his wife. A little less than a year later we tied the knot, went on the dreamiest honeymoon to Bora Bora, French Polynesia, had a very small reception with close family and a few friends when we got back and then signed the papers to start building our home together! Last year was full of so many memories that we will never forget but we were able to start off 2020 by moving into our home that we built from the ground up t o g e t h e r , I'm honestly still speechless about it!

We hope to make some more "spur of the moment" decisions in 2020. Nothing is planned yet but we will be sure to inform you guys here FIRST whenever that changes! Thanks for tagging along on this journey with us, you guys rock!
